What we collect

Analytics

We use PostHog (EU-hosted) to understand which guides and tools help people. No photo is ever sent to analytics.

Photos

Nothing is sent until you give explicit consent on the photo step. With your consent, the photo is sent to our AI provider (Google Gemini) to produce a description of what is visible. It is not used for advertising and not shared with anyone else. You can ask us to delete anything we hold.

How long we keep it

Health data

Answers about your skin, hair or medicines are consumer health data under laws such as Washington's My Health My Data Act. We collect them only to produce the check you asked for, never sell them, never share them for advertising, and keep the medicine you name out of payment records and out of your analytics profile. Photo checks are for adults 18 and over. You can ask us what we hold, or to delete it, at any time.

Emails

We use your email to send what you asked for (a result, a link when a tool opens, a product pick) and occasional related guides. Every email has an unsubscribe link. We never sell or rent your data.

Payments

Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see your card details.

Advertising

Article pages may show ads served by Google AdSense. Google and its partners may use cookies to show and measure ads; you can manage ad personalisation at adssettings.google.com. Checks, forms and checkout never contain ads, and we never send your email, answers or photos to advertisers.

Affiliate links

Some product links are affiliate links. They are always labelled where they appear.
