Questions

Is the rash checker a diagnosis?

No. It describes what is visible in your photo, lists the common rashes it looks most like and tells you how soon to see a doctor. Only a clinician who examines you can diagnose a rash.

How much does a photo check cost?

One check is $4.99, a pack of 3 checks is $9.99, and a 3-day trial is $2.99, then $9.99 per week until you cancel. You see the price before you pay.

What happens to my photo?

Nothing is sent until you tick the consent box. The photo then goes to our AI provider to produce your read. We do not use it for advertising and you can ask us to delete it.

What kind of photo works best?

Daylight or bright indoor light, the camera about a hand's length away, the whole rash in frame and in focus. Add a second photo from further away if it covers a large area.

When should I skip the checker and get help now?

If a rash does not fade under a pressed glass, spreads fast, comes with fever, facial swelling, trouble breathing, or blisters in the mouth or eyes, or appears in a baby who seems unwell, get urgent care.
